TRANSPORTATION IMPACTNTILIIiES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may appty to the construction ofi new buildings, change of

set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a permit prever�t the Building Official from thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, constniction or violations of any codes_ Every perrnit issued shall become invalid
unless the work authorized by such perm� �s commenced vvithin sbc mor�ths of perrrut issuance, or if work authorized by
the peITnit is suspended or abandoned for a period of soc (6) months after the time the work is commenced. An extension
may be requested, in writing, from the Building Official for a perioci not to e�cceed ninety (90) days and will demonstrate
justifiable cause for the e�ension. If work cease.s for ninety (90) oonsecxitiv�e days, the job is considered abandoned.
