TRANSPORTATION IMPAC7/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
that lransportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the oonstrudion oi new build'mgs, change of

final power release, the fees must be paid prior to permit issuance. Furthermore, if Pasco County Water/Sewer Impact
fees are due, they must be pafd prior to permit issuance in accordance with appl(cable Pasco County ordinances.

See attached for the layout. It's an L shape of 6' T&G privacy. 640' cornering to 252'. The RV
owners think we need to pull a permit and see about needing to put in any gates. See attached picture I
highlighted the fence in yellow. There is a retention pond on one side and a church school on the other
side of the fence going in. The other two sides to the pond are open.
Please let me know if we can proceed with permit or if this needs to go in front of planning board.
