I have received and reviewed the plans for the construction of Bldg # 10 located on Timberly Lane
(6246 — 6264) and will allow it to move forward. Paying for permit contractor acknowledges
complying with the items listed below. Should anyone have any questions, please do not hesitate
to contact the Fire Marshal's office.
1. Page 54.1 was added and not indicated on cover sheet. Pages RD 1.0, 1.1 and
WD 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4 are indicated on the cover sheet but were not
submitted. These pages indicated had no direct references to the overall life
safety review, therefore was not an issue. Building Department may need to see
the pages.
2. Ensure safe practices in accordance to NFPA 1 are being used during this
construction.
3. Install smoke detector in St John master bedroom. It was not indicated in the
plans.
4. Ensure fire wall extends out into the soffit areas both in front and rear. Firewall
shall extend to the underside of the soffit. Ensure the fire wall is labeled and fire
caulked at roof deck and any seam where any H channels come together.
