TRANSPORTATION IMPACTNTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to ihe construction of new buildings,change of
use in existing bufldings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specffied in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and
90-07, as amended. The undersigned also understands,that such fees, as may be due,will be identified at the time of

may be requested, in writing,from the Building Official for a period not to exceed ninety(90)days and will demonstrate
justifiabie cause for the exiension. If work ceases for ninety(90)consecutive days,the job is considered abandoned.

I received a Proposal Contract from Acme Fence, 5150 Halstead Ln, Zephyrhills
Florida on January 16,2012 for:
150' of 6 Foot Chain Link Fence
1 - 4' Walk Gate for above fence = $1,440.00
60' of 5 Foot Chain Link Fence
1 - 10' Double Gate for above fence = $ SSO.OQ
All posts set in concrete with bottom tension wire
Mr Chris was to apply for the permit and I paid him $45.00 for permit on 4/27/2012
The total cost was $1,990.00 for the fencing with gates. A down payment of$590.00
was required. I paid the $590.00 deposit on January 26 2012. Mr Chris completed
the 6' fencing on April 27 2012 and asked for $1,295.00 (which I paid him that day)
with $300.00 due on completion of the 5' fence. He was not able to install the 5'
fence until my garage was constructed. I called Mr. Chris on August 6th, 7th and 8`b
to complete the fencing and left messages. He returned my call on August 8`h and
said he would come to see me on August 10`�. He never showed up and I called him
again on August 13t", 14th and 15th and again left messages. He returned my call on
the 15`h with all kinds of excuses and said he would come to see me on the 15t6, after
he finished the job he was on that day. Once again he never showed up. I called him
and left a message that I was very upset that he could not be a responsible business
person and that I wanted my money back that I had advanced to him. I also told him
that I was going to report him to the city.
Therefore, this is my complaint of Chris of Acme Fencing of Zephyrhills Florida.

1. Petition for Conditional Use submitted by James Simpson, 39757 Meadowood Loop
requesting an oversized accessory building (File No. 1-12-CU).
The site plan review committee recommends approval. This item requires Planning
Commission and City Council approval.
