TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse F�ecovery Fees may apply to the constructian of new buildings, change of use in existing buildings, or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinan°c`e number 89-07 and 90-07, as amended. If work ceases for ninety(90)consecutive days, the job is considered abandoned.
