2nd NOTICE WITH CORRECTION OF CLERICAL ERRORS AND CLARIFICATION REGARDING
CROWN SUBSIDIARY(UNDERLINED�
Dear Landlord:
On October 16, 2012, T-Mobile USA, Inc. ("T-Mobile) sent you a notification of T-Mobile's
agreement, dated September 28, 2012, with Crown Castle International Corp. ("Crown") regarding
Crown's management and operation of the T-Mobile tower portfolio ("Agreement"). The body of that
letter contained clerical errors regarding the subsidiaries of T-Mobile and Crown. We sincerely apologize
for the inconvenience these errors may have caused. The corrected notice is below.
T Mobile expects this transaction to close approximately at the end ofNovember,2012. At closing,
T-Mobile(including its affiliates)will assign the Lease and all of its rights in the Site and Lease to T-Mobile
USA Tower LLC. T Mobile USA Tower LLC will then enter into a master prepaid lease (basically a
sublease)which grants certain rights to a subsidiary of Crown. These rights include the right to manage
and operate the Site and an option in the future to acquire T Mobile's(including its affiliates)interest in the
Site. T-Mobile IISA Tower LLC will remain the owner of the rights,title in and interest in and to the Site
until the Crown subsidiary exercises the option. Additionally, a subsidiary of T Mobile will continue to
maintain its communications facilities (including modifications) on the Site as part of the Agreement with
Crown.
You should receive a follow-up letter with further details around the time this transaction closes.

1) INTRODUCTION
This tower is a 190-ft self-supporting tower designed by Valmont in November of 1998 The tower was originally
designed for a fastest mile wind speed of 105 mph with no ice and 50 mph under service loads per TIA/EIA-222-
F for the appurtenances listed in Table 2. TEP did not visit the site. All information provided to TEP was
assumed accurate and complete.
2)ANALYSIS CRITERIA
The structural analysis was performed for this tower in accordance with the ANSI/TIA-222-G-2-2009 Structural
Standard for Antenna Suoportinq Structures and Antennas-Addendum 2 and the 2010 Florida Buildina Code
based upon an ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 137 mph converted to a nominal 3-second wind speed of
106.1 mph per section 1609 3.1 as required for use in the TIA-222-G Standard per Exception#5 of
Section1609.1 1. Exposure Category B and Risk Category II were used in this analysis along with the following
criteria.
1) Tvpe of Analvsis: Rigorous Structural Analysis
2) Classification of Structure: Class II
Definition: Structures used for services that due to height, use or location represent a significant
hazard to human life and/or damage to property in the event of failure and/or used for services that
may be provided by other means.
3) Exqosure Cateaorv: Exposure B
Definition. Urban and suburban areas, wooded areas, or other terrain with numerous closely
spaced obstructions having the size of single-family dwellings or larger
4) Topopraqhic Cateaorv: Category 1
Definition: No abrupt changes in general topography, e.g.flat or rolling terrain, no wind speed-up
consideration shall be required.
5) EarthQUake Cateporv: Not Considered
Commentary� Earthquake effects may be ignored per this Standard for site locations where Ss
does not exceed 1.0. (Pasco County Ss=O 10)

3.1) Analysis Method
tnxTower (version 6.0.4.0), a commerciaily available analysis software package, was used to create a
three-dimensional model of the tower and calculate member stresses for various loading cases
Selected output from the analysis is included in Appendix A.
3.2) Assumptions
1) Tower and structures were built in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
2) The tower and structures have been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's
specification.
3) The configuration of antennas, transmission cables, mounts and other appurtenances are as
specified in Table 1
4) TEP assumed the following material properties�
a) Legs: ASTM A572 Gr. 50
b) Bracing:ASTM A36
c) Anchor Bolts. ASTM A354-BC
5) Serviceability with respect to antenna twist, tilt, roll, or lateral translation, is not checked and is
left to the carrier or tower owner to ensure conformance. See Table 6.
6) Tower Engineering Professionals, Inc. (TEP) did not analyze antenna supporting mounts as part
of this structural analysis report. TEP assumes that all antenna mounts and mounting hardware
are structurally sufficient to carry the full design capacity requirements of appurtenance wind
area and weight as provided by the original manufacturer specifications. It is the carrier's
responsibility to ensure compliance to the structural limitations of the existing and/or proposed
antenna mounts. TEP did not perform a site visit to verify the size, condition or capacity of the
antenna mounts
7) This report is not a construction document.
