Chapter 633, Florida Statutes,authorizes the City to charge and collect user fees to pay for tl�e wsts of fire
prevention and protection related activities such as inspections, plan review,administrative fees,and other
costs related to the aforementioned.
Complete Plans, Specifications and Fee Must Accompany Application. Commencement of work without written approval of
the Fire Department's Fire Marshal or required permits or opening up for commercial activity without an approved final
inspection shall be charged doubie permit fee per day of operation or a minimum of$100.00, whichever is greater. All
work shall be performed in accordance with City Codes and Ordinances.

6. All underground crossing iostsllations shall be laid at such depth as may be specified by the City Bailding Official.

applicant has eodt�ed all other utility users ie the aree covered by t6e permit aad takes fall responsibility for any damage incurred by prior installations as a
result of his operallons in order that t6ey may safe guard t6eir interesfs.

requested is not completed upon the ezpiration date of t6is permit,the City shall have the right to complete sach work and to c6arge the holder of the permit
for sll costs incurred io completiog said work.
12. T6e 6oWer shall post a cash or sarety bond with the City Manager in the sum of S dollars to gaarantee performance of t6e
obtigations herein,and to guarantee maintenance of the rlght-0f-way described herein for x period of one(1)year following completion of the requested
installstion.In the event a sarety bond is posted,the surety bond shall be made payable to the City and shsll obligate the sarety to hold the City 6armless in
the event t6e hoWer of thi4 permit shouW tail to meet aey of its obligations hereander.T6e bond s6a11 also iademnify the City for all court costs and
reASOnable attomeys fces in t6e eveat legal action is required to collcct oe said bond.
