Garcia, Dpty Clerk AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, ADOPTING AN AMENDED BUDGET FOR THE 2012-2013 FISCAL YEAR. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, adopted a budget for the 2012-2013 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills on September 24, 2012, �r by Ordinance No. 1167-12 in the amount of Forty-Nine Million Fourteen Thousand Seven e Hundred Fifty-One Dollars ($49,014,751). ~ �' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has adopted amendments to the budget for the 2012-2013 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of !OQm • Zephyrhills with the amended budget totaling Forty-Nine Million Seventy Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and no cents ($49,070,881.00). �3 WHEREAS, the City. Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded the Public Hearing and considered all comments. �+ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of � o Zephyrhills, Florida,-sitting in regular session that: 1. The proposed amended budget for 2012-2013 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Forty-Nine Million Seventy Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and no cents ($49,070,881.00). 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of the second reading and signing by,the Mayor..
