you, as the owner of yovr property, to act as your own contractor with certain
restrictions even though you do not ha.ve a license. You must prcvide direct

one-family or twe-family residence or a farm outbuilding. You may also build
or improve a commerci.al building, provided yovr costs do not exceed $25,000.

be built or substantially improved f'or sale or lease. =f you sell or lease a
