TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPAGT ls►ND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned.understands

this afFidavit priar ta commencing construction. I understand that a sepa�ate permit may be required for electrical work,
plumbing, signs, wells, pools, air conditioning, gas, or ofher insfallations not specificaily included in the appiication. A
permit issued shall be construed to be a license#o proceed with the work and not as authatity to,violate, cancel, alter, or
set aside any provisions of the#echnical codes, nar shall issuance af a permif prevent fhe Buiiding Q�cial from thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction or violations af any codes. Every permit issued shall become invalid
unless the work aufhorized by such permit is commenced within si�c months af permit issuance, or if work authocized by
the permit is suspended ar abandoned for a period of six(6) months after the time the work is commenced. Nn extension
may be requested, in writing, from the Building O�cial for a period not to exceed ninety {9Q) days and wil! demanstrafe
justifiable cause for the extension. If work ceases for ninety(90}cansecutive days, the jab is considered abandoned.
