plumbing, signs, wells, pools, air conditianing, gas, or ofher installations not specifically included in the applicatian. A
permik issued shaU be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to violate, cancel, alter, or
set aside any provisions�of the techNcal eacfes, nor shall issuance of a permit prevenf the Building Official from thereafter
requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction or violations of any codes. Every permit issued shall become invalid
unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced w'sthin six months of permlt issuance, or if vrrorlc authorized by
' the permit is suspended ar abandoned for a period of six(6) months after the time the work is commenced. An extension
tt�ay be requested, in writing, fram the Building Clffrcial for a period not#o exceed ninety (94) days and wifl demonst�ate
justifiable cause far the extension. If work ceases for ninefy(90j consecutive days, th 4job is considered abandoned.

Recently it has been brou ht to our attention that
electrical outlets and eq ipment have been
installed within the median at the Dairy Road
entrance. During our ins ection we found this
equipment to be installe in violation of National
Electric Code #314 .23 (S pports) , #356010 �
(installation of Lic�uid ight Flexible Nonmetallic
Conduit) and Florida Buil ing Code #105. 1 (Permit�
Requirecl) .
You will be provided 30 ays from receipt of this
notice to obtain proper ermits and have this
equipment installed in c mpliance with the National
Electric Code . Failure t comply with this notice
will result in citations being issued.
