the conditions of the building permit issued under the attached permit application, far lots less than one (1)
acre whictt are elevated by fill, an engineered drainage plan is reguired.

plumbing, signs, wells, pools, air canditioning, gas, or ofher installations not speciflcally included in the application. A
permit issued shall be construed to be a liaense ko proceed with the vvork and not as authorlty to violate, cancel, alter, or
set aside any provisions of the fechnical codes, nar shail issuance vf a permit prevent the Building Official frot�t�thereafter
reyuiring a correction of errors in plans, construction or violations of any cades. Every permit issued shall became invalid
unless #he worlc authorized by such permit is camrnenced within six manths of perm4t issuance, or iF v�rork authorized by
#he permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six(6) months after the time the work is commenced. Nn extension
may be requested, in writing, from the Building C7fficial for a periad not to exceed ninety (9Q) days and will demonstrate
justifiable cause far the extension. If work ceases for ninety(90)consecutive days, the job is considered abandoned.
