this a�davit prior to cammencing construction. I understand that a separate permit may be required for electrical work,
piumbing, signs, we(is, pools, air condifioning, gas, or other installations not spec�cally included in the application. A
permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to.violate, cancel, alter, ar
set aside any provisions of#he technical codes, nor stiall issuance of a permit prevent the Buiiding Off�c4a1 from thereafter
requiring a correction af errors in plans, construction ar violations of any codes. Every permit issued shatl become invalid
untess the work autharized by such permit.is commenced within six rnonths af permit issuanceT or if�work authorized by
the permik is suspended or abandoned for a period of six(6)monfhs after fhe time the work is cornmenced. An extension
may be requested, in writing, from the Building Official for a periad not #o exceed ninety (90) days and will demonstrate
justifiabfe cause for fhe extensian. If work ceases for ninety{90)consecutive days,the Jab is considered abandoned.
