The Committee wiH review ali requ sts and visit the site of the request as necessary. 4. After the Committee has recomme ded appravai or denial of the request, it wil! be presented to the Board of Directors for their a �proval or denial. The fina! decision of the Board to approve or deny the request must be made y at ieast three (3) directors, one ofi which must be the Board iiaison ofi the Lot lmproveme # Gommittee, if available. � 5.
