The Chairman will present it to the Lot <br /> Improvement Committee for their review on a weekty basis. <br /> 2.Any request which is NOT�iled out properiv which inciudes, camplete detailedisketch or pamphfet <br /> of Park Model to be purchased with pictures, to include faotprint, setbacks, front elevation, back <br /> elevation, ieft� right eieva#ian and must inclucie ali sizes and tocations of windaws and daors, with <br /> tength,width and height of the overall structure including color of siding,trim, shutters, doors and <br /> pavers, (if applicabie }, witl be returned to the appticant without an action beinq taken. <br /> 3.The Committee wifl revisw all r�quests and visit the site of the request as necessary. <br /> 4.After the Committee has recommended approval or denial of the request, it will be presented to the Board of <br /> Directors for their approval or denial. The final decision af the Board to apprave or deny the reques# must be <br /> made by at least three (3� directors, one of which must be the Board liaison af the Lat lmprovement <br /> Committee, if available. <br /> S.There will be NO mare one day appravals or last minute approvals. Request wiil take 7 to 14 days#or <br /> appropriate review and consideration, (if necessarv)thus giving the Committee and Baard members time ta <br /> review and consider the request in a thorough manner. <br /> 6.The original request will be dated and signed as approved or denied, and after being capied the original will <br /> go into to the members fle and the copy returned to the Lot owner by the Board af Directar liaison or the <br /> Chairman of the committee. <br /> 7.The committee wik! #allow up on requests tc►determine that the request as presented and approved is being <br /> adhered to. <br /> B.Any permit will be ACCEPTED FOR APPROVA� between October 15 and April 1 of each year, however, <br /> each owner must understand and know there must be enough members of the Committee to review <br /> and recommend to the Board for their approval. <br /> 9.Any changes made on a previousty approved project must be resubmitted befare beginning the <br /> changes. <br /> lO.It is recommended that property owners of m'ajor improvements ar new constructian prajects request <br /> an appointment with the lo#improvement committee to review plans and answer any questions that may <br /> arise. <br /> As the owner af Lat#�� , I unders#and the �ot Improvement Committee andlor the <br /> Board of Directors will en#er the property to follaw the external progress of the construction or <br /> i avem nt. as submitted on the Lot improvement Request. <br /> ,� /S� <br /> Lot ner's Signa e Date <br /> � <br /> ����1�! <br /> I�� OF lotimp-p.odt 0112412015 <br /> -�.s/�,� .��� <br />
