<br /> entered into that certain Agreement dated. November 24, 2997, a metnorandutn af which was
<br /> recorded i� Book 3850, Page 1189 in the Public Records af Pasco County, Florida, for certain
<br /> real property as described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
<br /> (the"Land").
<br /> Z. T-Mobile Lessor and Crown are parties to (a) a Master Prepaid Lease (the "MYL")
<br /> and (b) a Management Agreement (the "MA"), each with an effective date af Novernber 30,
<br /> 2Q12, pursuant to which T-Mobile Lessor (as suceessor ta Original T'-Mobzle Tenant) has
<br /> granted ta Crown and Crawn has accepted, either (y) a leasehold or sub-Ieasehold interest in the
<br /> Land, togeiher with the telecammunications tawer Iocated thereon, anc! such other iznprovements
<br /> as more fully set forth in the MPi., or the MA, as applicable {collectively, the "Site"), or (z) an
<br /> exetusive right to aperate, manage and administer the Site, in either case, subject to the terms,
<br /> conditians and reservations in the MPL or the MA, as applicable.
<br /> 3. The MPL and the MA eacI� have a terrn that commeaiced c>n Nc>vcmber 3Q, 241 Z anc�
