<br /> locate,stake and clear fence lines.Custamer further agrees to•advise SDF af any deed,subdivision„or other restrictions which
<br /> �nay affect construc�ion of tha fence or o#.her improvements to be cor�sfivcted by BI3F,and agr�es to inden�zifY and bold BDF
<br /> hatmless from any liabiIity ar damages that may result because of the failure to camply with deed,subdivision, or other

<br /> 5.BDF will call the local Utility Locating Service for public utilities only..BDF dbes not assume any responsibility ar
<br /> liability for any damage bf any nature to underground obstructions not marked or flagged by customer.Custamer agrees to
<br /> clearly"mark"any underground obstr�zctions ott�er than public utilitiss in fihe,area af the fence line or the improvements to be
<br /> canstructed by BDF.Cnstomer assumes.responsibility for any da.inage to underground abstructions caused by Customer's
<br /> failure to locate and marlc accurately with paint or flags,their e�stence.For p�uposes of this Agreament,underground
<br /> obstructians include but are not limited ta all improvsments ccinstructed undergraund includin,g utility pipes,sprinkler pipes,
<br /> cables,wires,fo�dations,and the Iike. �
<br /> 6.It is agreed by and between the pa�-ties,that any altera�ion or deviation fram the above specifications involving extra.cast '
<br /> is to be performed by 13DF anc3 wi�l become an extra charge over atid above the price stated hereiii.
<br /> 7.Gustomer agrees to pay in fuil the price stated herein upon completion of work.Any failure to pay within three_(3)days

<br /> paid in full.In fihe event the Castomer fails to pay the contract gric�,BDF shail have the right to peaceably-repossess and
<br /> remave all materials instaiied by it on the premzses.Customer farther agress tliat BDF shall have aiI of the.rights of a secured
<br /> pariy,as the same is defined under the Flarida.Uniform Commercial Code;and that-said rights shall be cumulative and.in
<br /> addition to any ati�er rights which BDF inay have in accordar�ce with Fiarida Law.
