<br /> 8009. Furthermore, if the owner has hired a contractor or contractors, he is advised to have the contractor(s) sign

<br /> contractor,that may be an indicat(on that he is not property licensed and is not entl8ed to permitting privileges in Pasco

<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACTNTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The unders(gned understands
<br /> that Transporta8on Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the constructlon of new buildings,change of
<br /> use in exisUng buildings,or expansion of existing buildings,as specifled In Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and
<br /> 90-07,as amended. The undersigned also understands,that such feas,as may be due,will be identifled at the tlme of
<br /> permltting. It fs further understood that TransportaUon Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be pafd prior to
<br /> receiving a°certificate of occupanc�'or final power release. If the project does not involve a certiflcate of occupancy or
<br /> final power release,the fees must be pald prior to pertnit issuance. Furthermore, if Pasco County Water/Sewer Impact

<br /> - Use of fill is not allowed in Flood Zone°V"unless expressly permitted.
<br /> - If the flll material is to be used in Flood Zone °A°, it is understood that a drainage plan addressing a
<br /> °compensating volume°will be submitted at time of permitting which is prepared by a professional engineer
<br /> Iicensed by the State of Florida.
<br /> - If the fill matedal Is to be used in Flood Zone"A° in connecUon with a perm(tted building using stem wall
<br /> construction,I certify thet flll will be used only to fill the area within the stem wall.
<br /> - If fill matedal is to be used in any area, I certify that use of such flll wlll not adversely affect adJacent
<br /> properties. If use of flll ts found to adversely affect adjacent propertles,the owner may be cited for viola8ng
<br /> the condlUons of the building permit Issued under the attached pertnit application,for lots less than one(1)
<br /> acre which are elevated by fill,an engineered drainage plan is required.
<br /> If I am the AGENT FOR THE OWNER,I promise(n good faith to lnform the owner of the pertnitting conditions set forth in
<br /> this affldavit prior to commencing consUucUon. I understand that a separate pertnit may be requfred for electrical work,
<br /> plumbing,signs, wells, pools, air conditioning, gas, or other installations not specffically included in the appiicaUon. A
<br /> permit issued shall be construed to be a Iicense to proceed with the work end not as authority to violate,cancel,elter,or
<br /> set as(de any provisions of the technical codes,nor shall issuance of a permit prevent the Building Official from thereafter
<br /> requiNng a correcUon of errors in plans,construction or violations of any codes. Every pertnit issued shall become invalid
<br /> unless the work authorized by such permft is cammenced within six months of pertnit issuance,or ff work authorized by
<br /> the permit Is suspended or abandoned for a period of six(6)months after the tlme the work is commenced. An extension
<br /> may be requested,in writing,irom the Building Official far a period not to exceed ninety(80)days and vuill demonstrate
<br /> justifiable cause for the extension. If work ceases for ninety(90)consecutive days,the Job is considered abandoned.
