. <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MINUTES <br /> A Historic Preservation Board Meeting was held on Thursday, February 19, 2015 in <br /> the Robert H. Johnson Council Chambers of the Municipal Building. Chairman Geiger <br /> called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. as a quorum was present. Roll call was taken. <br /> Present were members John Geiger, Jason Aiken, Marian Riopelle and Tracy Sullivan. <br /> Staff present was Todd Vande Berg. <br /> Marian Riopelle moved to approve the minutes from the July 2, 2014 meeting as <br /> presented. Motion seconded by Tracy Sullivan. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> � NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 Election of Officers <br /> It was decided to postpone until all board members could be present. <br /> 2 A�plication for a Historic District "Certificate of Appropriateness" and Fa�ade <br /> Improvement Matchinq Grant Application for a Historic District home submitted bv Mary <br /> Lee Parsons for property located at 5204 9th Street (File No. 8PA841). <br /> Chairman Geiger requested the applicant's representative to address the board to explain <br /> their proposal to change windows in their Mother's home. Most of windows are not <br /> historical as they have been replaced over the years and the applicant is in her 90's and <br /> needs to have her windows more air tight. After a discussion and review of the pictures that <br /> were presented, John Geiger moved to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness and the <br /> Fa�ade Improvement Grant Application for the amount of $3,000 submitted by May Lee <br /> Parsons. Motion seconded by Jason Aiken. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 3 Certificate of Aqqropriateness submitted bv Albert Stinnette for propertv located at 5049 <br /> 9tn Street . <br /> Will be discussed at the next meeting. <br /> Meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m. <br />
