<br /> TRANSPORTATiQN IMPACTNTILiTiES IMPACT AND RE50URCE RECOVERY FEES; The unciersigned understands
<br /> that Transportation Impact fess and f2ecourse Recavery Fees may apply to the canstruc4ion of new bu�lding5,change of
<br /> use in existing buildings,or expansion of existing buildings, as specified in Pasca County Ordinance number 89-07 and
<br /> 90-07,as amended. The undersigned also understands,that such fees,as may be due,witt be idenf'rFed at the time of
