(RE&A) has developed a remedial stabilization plan ' <br /> for the crawlspace stabilization of the Peterson Residence located at 5230 2°d Street, Zephyrhills, <br /> Hillsborough County, Florida. These plans have�been developed as the repair measures based on <br /> our site visit on February June 19, 2015. <br />� � <br /> Per your request, RE&A has developed an alternate remedial foundation stabilization program <br /> tl�rough the use of crawlspace stabilizer piers. The program uses six (6) Smart Jack crawlspace <br /> stabilizer piers within the area of the crawlspace foundation. The crawlspace stabilizer piers i <br /> utilize a 2'x2'xl'-4", steel reinforced, cast-in-pl'ace concrete footing and steel pier assembly to <br /> replace existing piers or unsupported floor areas: It needs to be noted that this remedial process <br /> does not seal off the top of the karst limestone or minimize the ability of the overlying soils from <br /> raveling into the limestone.
