As discussed,the City considered a <br /> few alternatives in which to deal with multi-purpose and reducing the fee payment associated with the multi-purpose <br /> trail. Staff has discussed using the trail estimate and dividing it by two for a calculation of a 5'sidewalk and then also <br /> subtracting the transportation impact fee. StafF has concluded��that this calculation will be satisfactory in addressing the <br /> trail element. � <br /> The following calculation we discussed is as follows: �� <br /> Original 10'trail estimate was$25,567.00 divide by two=$12,784.00 minus the calculated transportation impact fee <br /> $4,437.14 for a total payment of$8,346.86. ! <br /> I <br /> This would meet the requirement of the trail and required tran'sportation impact fees as discussed. The subject money <br /> i would be placed in escrow and used for sidewalk construction at the City's discretion. I have communicated this I <br /> arrangement with the City Building Department and please be advised that the fee will be due prior to issuance of the � <br /> CO for your site plan.
