<br /> �RANSPORTATION IMPACTIUTILITIES IMPACTAND RESOURCE RECOVERY�FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> hat Transportation Impact Fees and.Recourse Recove.ry-Fees may apPly to the construct�on of new buildings, change of
<br /> �se in existing buildings, or.expansion�of.existing'buildings, as specifled in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and

<br /> •eceiving a "certificate of occupancy" or flnal power release. .If the project does not involve a certificate of occupancy or
