PREMIER TECHN4LOGY SYSTEMS reserves the right to request <br /> Change Orders for any changes of quantities or additional materials required by Monitoring Engineer. <br /> If PREM/ER TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS1Monitoring Engineer discovers any unforeseen problems, <br /> PREMIER TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS will stop work until PRFMIER TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS and <br /> the Owner enter into a revised Agreement which will take into account the cost and expense of <br /> correcting the unforeseen problem into consideration. <br /> INDEMNITY <br /> PREMIER TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS shall indemnify and shall hold harmless the Owner, architect and <br /> their agents against claims, damages or lawsuifs arising out oflor from work as a result of negligence on <br /> the part of PREM/ER TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS. Th'ie limit af PREMIER TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS <br /> liability shall be the contract price, not to exceed $1,OQ0,000.00. <br /> PAYMENT SCHEDULING AND C�NDITfONS <br /> PREMIER TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS will require, at time of contract execution, 1/3 down of the Total <br /> Praject Costs. The remaining Balance, based on unit price for actual quantities used, is due upon <br /> completion of the remediation and repair work. If the owner fails to �emit the final payment, PREMIER <br /> TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS will be entitled to fu11 reimbursement of all costs and expenses, including <br /> attorney fees at owners' expense. Should fhe Owner b�reach payment scheduling by exceeding Fifteen <br /> (15) days, bafance due will accumulate an interest ch�arge of 1.5%.
