PREVI�US NEGOTIATIONS: All prior negotiations, proposals, correspondence and memoranda <br /> between "Customer" and "PTS" are superseded by this proposal. This proposal, in its entirety, shall be made <br /> an integral part and incorporated into any purchase orde�, proposal, unde�standing, or contract agreement <br /> resufting from it. "PTS" offer is subject to possible revision in scope, price and terms if not accepted hy <br /> Customer within thirty(30) days of the date of fhis proposal. <br /> 2. PRE-BID INFORMATION:"Customer" has furnished information used in planning the work covered in this <br /> proposal to "PTS", and "PTS" assumes no responsibility for ifs accu�acy. If the conditions were not in <br /> accordance with the information supplied to "P7S° by "Custome�' or others, the recommended procedures <br /> and scope of work of this proposai may not necessarily apply, and Customer� will reimburse any additional <br /> expenses incurred by"PTS"as a result of this difference to "PTS". <br /> 3. OWNERSHIP: "Customer"warrants and represents that no one other than "Customer" owns any interest <br /> in the real property, which is the subject of the proposal, jn fhe event any other person owns any interest in <br /> said real property, °Customer" hereby warrants and rep�resents that "Custome�' is the agent of all other <br /> awner(s) and that "Custome�' is expressly authorized by such owners to enter into and execute this <br /> agreement on their behalf. <br /> 4. HIDDEN CONDITIONS: It is understood that while periorming the proposed work, other conditions that <br /> may have been hidden may become known.
