� �---�- ' Procedure far Lot tmprovement Requests {Please refer to the "Rules and Regulations") Permit No� k' /� l.Al! requests are to ga to the Chairman af the l.ot Improvement Corr�mittee, You can hand deliver it to#he Chairman or place it in the EPP4R mail box outside the EPPOA Office. The Chairman wiil present it ta the Lot - Improvement Committee far their review on a weekly basis. 2.Any request which is NOT fi1(ed out properly, wiii be returned ta the applicant without an action being taken. 3.The Committee will review ali requests and visit the site af the request as necessary. 4.After the Committee has recommended appravai ar denial of the request, it will be presented to the Baard of Directors for their appraval or denial. The final decision of the Board to approve or deny the request must be made by at least three (3)directors, one of which mus#be the Baard liaison af the Lat impravement Committee, i#avaiiabfe. S.There wiA be NC? more one day approvals or last minute approvals. Request wili take 7 to 14 days for appropriate review and consideration, �f necessarvl thus giving the Committee and Baard members time to review and consider the request in a thorough manner. 6.The original request wil! be dated and signed as approved or denied, and after being copied the original wiN go into to the members file and the capy returned ta the Lat awner by the Board of Director iiaison or the Chairman of the cammittee. 7.The cammittee wilf#o1(ow up on requests to determine that the request as presented and approved is being adhered to. 8.Any permit will be ACCEPTED F4R APPROVAL befinreen October 15 and April 1 of each year, howsver, each owner must understand and know there must be enaugh members of the Committee to review and recommend to the Board far their approval. 9.Any changes made on a previously approved project must be resubmitted before beginning the changes. lO.It is recammended that praperty owners of major impravements or new construction projects request an appointment with the lot improvement cammittee ta review plaas and answer any questions that may arise.
