<br /> 5.Ron Ierna's Heating and Cooling Inc shall not be liable for an,y default caused by events beyond its control, ; ,
<br /> including but not limited to, fire,flood, strikes, accidents,or delays affecting this work or other operations in

<br /> , 6.Purchaser shall pernut Ron ierna's Heating and Caoling Tnc reasonable access to the property on which ;
<br /> equipment is to be installed. Title to all provided equipment remains with Ron Ierna's Heating and Caoling Inc ; �
<br /> ' until a11 amounts due thereon are paid in full,whether such equipment is affixed to the realty vr not, and sha11
<br /> � rema.in personal property and be deemed sever-able without injury to the freehold. On any payment default by �
<br /> ' Purchaser,or if in Ron Ierna's Heating and Cooling Inc's judgment,reasanably exercised, its equity appears to i
<br /> be imperiled,then,Ron Ierna's Heating and Caoling Tnc rnay without further notice enter the premises and �
<br /> remove or zesell the equipment,and Purchaser shall be iiable for any daficiency or loss sustained by Ron Ierna's �
<br /> Heating and Coaling Inc in connection therewith. h'
<br /> 7. Qnce equipment is connected at Purchaser's praperty,Purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to such
<br /> equipment and shall insure same fuliy to protect a11 intereSts of Ron Ierna's Heating and Cooling Inc,cost of I
<br /> insurance to be paid by Purchaser. Ron Ierna's Heating and Cooling Inc carries liability insurance and Worker's
<br /> Compensation Insurance. � �'
<br /> 8. Ron Ierna's Heating and Cooiing Inc pr4vides a one-year limited labor warranty.Equipment or system failure
<br /> due to lack of proper maintenance service or abuse is expressly excluded.Normal maintenance check-ups and
<br /> filter replacements are the responsibility af Purchaser. All ather warrantiss,expressed or unplied, are the
<br /> responsibility of the manufacturer of the equipment,parts, or materials used in cannectian with the services. 9. •
<br /> I'here are no warranties, expressed or implied,far existing equipment, ductwark,or ather materials not installed

<br /> 4. All warranty work will be perfarmed during Ron Ierna's Heating and Coaling Inc's normal working hours, j

<br /> �eement,incluc3ing collection af any autstanding amounts due,whether ar not suit is filed. , •
