The ultimate load is the working or design load multiplied by the safety factor of 1.5. <br /> (8) "Mobile/Manufactured Home"means a structure,transportable in one(1) or more <br /> sections,which is eight body feet(8') or inore in width, greater than four hundred(400) square <br /> feet and which is built on an integral chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling when <br />� connected to the required utilities and includes the plumbing,heating, air conditioning and <br /> electrical systems contained herein. � <br /> (9) "Over-Roof Tie" means any device approved by the mobile/manufactured home <br /> manufacturer or listed by the department and used for the purpose of securing the <br /> mobile/manufactured home systems to ground anchors in order to resist wind forces. Ties may <br /> be installed over or under roof material. <br /> (10) "Park Trailer" means a transportable unit which has a body width not exceeding <br /> fourteen feet(14') and which is built on a single chassis and is designed to provide seasonal or <br /> temporary living quarters when connected to utilities necessary for operation of installed fixtures <br /> and appliances. <br /> (11) "Set-Up" means the operations performed by a licensed installer, dealer installer or <br /> manufacturer installer, at the occupancy site which render a mobile/manufactured home or park <br /> trailer fit for habitation. Such operations include,but are not limited to,transporting,positioning, <br /> blocking, leveling, supporting, tying down,making minor adjustments, assembling multiple or <br /> expandable units and connecting utility systems as defined in Rule 15C-2.0072. <br /> (12) "Stabilizer Device"means a device approved by the department that is installed with <br /> the ground anchor to resist lateral movement of the mobile/manufactured home and anchor. <br /> � <br /> 3 <br />
