<br /> contractor is no# licensed as required by law, both the owner and contractar may be cited for a misdemeanor violation
<br /> under state law. If the owner ar intended contractar are uncertain as to what licensing requirements may apply for the
<br /> intended wQrk, they are advised ta contact the Pasco County 8uilding Inspection Division—Licensing Section at T27-847-
<br /> 8009. Furthermore, If the owner has hired a contractor or cantractars, he is advised to have the contractor(s) sign
<br /> portion� of the "cantraetor �4ack" of fhis application for which they will be r�sponsible. If you, as fhe owner sign as the
<br /> contractor, that may be an indicatian that he is not properly licensed and is not en#itled #o permitting privileges in Pasca
<br /> Cou�ty.
<br /> TRANSPORTATION iMPACTNTILiT1ES iMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY PEES: The undersigi-ied understands
<br /> that Transportatian Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change af
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansian of exisfing buildirtgs, as specified in Pasca County Qrdinance number 89-07 and
<br /> 90-07, as amended. The undersigned also understands, that such fees, as may be due, will be�identified at the #ime of
<br /> permltting. Et is ftarther unde�stoad that Transportation Impact Fees ant4 Resource Recovery Fees must be psid priar to
<br /> receiving a "certificate of occupancy" or final power release. If the praject does not involve a certificate of occupancy or
<br /> final power �elease, the fees must be paid priar to permit issuance. Furthermore, if Pasco County Water/.Sewer lmpact
<br /> fees are due, they mus#be paid prior ta permit issuance in accordance with appticable Pasco Caunfy ordinances.

<br /> - Use of fiil is not allowed in Flood Zone"V"unless expressty permitted. '
<br /> - If the fiii material is to be used in Flaod Zane "A", it is understood that a drainage plan addressing a
<br /> "cam'pensating valume" will be submitted at time of permitting which is prepared by a prafessianal engineer
<br /> licensed by the State of Flarida.
<br /> - if the fill material is to be used in Flood Zone "A" in connectian with a permitted building using stem wall
<br /> construction, 1 cerfi#y that fill wi11 be used only to fil!the area within the stem walE.
<br /> - If fill material is to be used in any area, I certify that use of such fill wilf not adversely affect adjacent
<br /> properties. If use af fill is faund to adve�sely affec# adjacent properties, the owner may be cited for violating
<br /> the conditions of the builciing permi# issued under the attached permit application, for lats less fhan ane (1}
<br /> acre which are elevated by fill, an engineered drainage plan is required.

<br /> this affidavit prior to commencing construction. I. understand that a separate permit may be required for electrical work,
<br /> plumbing, signs, v+rells, pools, air conditioning, gas, ar other installations not speaifically included in the application. A
<br /> permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and nat as authorify ta viofate, cancel, aitec, or
<br /> set aslde any pravisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a permik prevent the Buiiding Official from thereafter
<br /> requiring a correction of errors En plans, canstruction ar vic�lations af any codes. Every permit issued shall become invalid
<br /> uniess the work authorized by such permit is cammenced within six months of permit issuance, or if work authorized by
<br /> the permit 3s suspendec4 ar abandoned for a period of six(S) months aftec the t(me#he work is commericed. An extension
<br /> may be requesked, in writing, from the Building Official for a period na# to�exceed ninety (90) days and wilt demanstrate
<br /> justlflable causa for the exte�sion. If work ceases for ninety(90)cansecutive days, th�job is considered abandoned.
