<br /> �TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Trartspartatian Impact Fees and Recourse Recover}r Fees may apply to the construc#ian of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansian of existing buildings, as specified in Pasco County Ordinance number 89-07 and

<br /> - If the fill material is to be used in Flood Zone "A", it is understood that a drainage plan addressing a
<br /> "compensatirtg volume" will be�submitted,at time af permitting which is prepared by a professional engineer
<br /> licensed by#he State of�Florida. '
<br /> - If the fil! material is to be used in Flood Zone "A" in cannectian with a permitted build9ng using stem walf

<br /> may be requested, in writing, from the Building Official for a period not to exceed ninety (94) days and will demonstrate
<br /> j�stifable cause for the ex#ension. If work ceases far ninety{90}consecutive days, the job is cansiclered abandoned.
