<br /> - If the fill material is to be used in Flood Zone "A", it is understood that a drainage plan addressing a
<br /> "compensating valume� v+rill be subrrtitted at tirrte of permitting which is prepared by a professional engineer
<br /> licensed by the State of Florida.
<br /> - If the fill material is to be used in Flood Zone "A" in connec#ion with a permitted building using stem wall
<br /> cons#ruction, 1 certify that fill will be used only to fi(I the area within the stem wall.
<br /> - If fill material is to be used in any area, I certify that use of such fill will not adversely affect adjacent
<br /> praperties. If use of fi1! is faund to adversely affect adjacent properties, the owner may be cited far violating
<br /> the conditions of#he building permit issued under the attach�d permit applicatian, for lots less than one (1)
<br /> acre whEch are efevated by fill, an engineered drainage plan is required.

<br /> requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction or violatians of any codes. Every permi#issued shall became invalid
<br /> unless the wark authorized by such permit is commenced uvithin six manths of permit issuance, or i�work autharEzed by
<br /> the permit is suspended or abandoned for a periad of six(6} months after the time the work is commenced. An extension
<br /> may be requested, in writing, from the Building Official for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days and will demonstrate
<br /> justi�iable cause for the extensian. Ifi work ceases for ninety{90}cansecutive days,the jab is considered�abandaned.
