Conditional use permits the primary residence as a child care center,the <br /> . seconda_ry residence as-an-_office and_a-_40'_by 50'-accessory�structure;_ <br /> � 2.)� 6'perimeter fence required around the accessory structure; <br /> 3.) Hedge requirement along the rear property line of the accessory structure; <br /> 4.) Accessory structure to be constructed of concrete block,pitched roof and <br /> � painted same color as primary residence; <br /> 5.) Accessory structure height not to exceed that of the primary residence; <br /> 6.) Existing shed to be removed. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> ' CITY OF ZEPFIYRHILLS,FLORIDA: <br /> Section 1. The foregoing findings are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2. A child care center on property more particularly described as located on property <br /> with the parcel ID No. I 1-26-21-0010-14600-0070 is hereby approved. <br /> . Section 3. The conditional use is approved for the benefit of the applicant only and for the use as <br /> sp'ecified within the application only,subject to the conditions herein. The chazacter or benefit <br /> of this conditionaI use shall not be changed or transferred without City Council approval by <br /> resolution. � � <br /> Section 4.
