Conditional use permits the primary residence as a child care center,the . seconda_ry residence as-an-_office and_a-_40'_by 50'-accessory�structure;_ � 2.)� 6'perimeter fence required around the accessory structure; 3.) Hedge requirement along the rear property line of the accessory structure; 4.) Accessory structure to be constructed of concrete block,pitched roof and � painted same color as primary residence; 5.) Accessory structure height not to exceed that of the primary residence; 6.) Existing shed to be removed. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ' CITY OF ZEPFIYRHILLS,FLORIDA: Section 1. The foregoing findings are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. Section 2. A child care center on property more particularly described as located on property with the parcel ID No. I 1-26-21-0010-14600-0070 is hereby approved. . Section 3. The conditional use is approved for the benefit of the applicant only and for the use as sp'ecified within the application only,subject to the conditions herein. The chazacter or benefit of this conditionaI use shall not be changed or transferred without City Council approval by resolution. � � Section 4. The City Council does hereby expressly fuid that the provisions of this resolution are in conformity with the Comprehensive PIan of the City of Zephyrhills,as amended.
