The Chairman will present it to the Lot <br /> Impravement Cammitt�e far their review on a weekly basis. <br /> 2.Any request which is NOT filled ou#properly, whi�h includes, compte#e detailed/sicetch or pamphlet <br /> of Park Model to be purchased with pictures, to include footprint, setbacks, front elevation, back <br /> elevation, left&right eievation and must inciude atl sizes and locations af windows and doors,with <br /> length, width and heigh# of the overall structure including calor of siding, trim, shutters, daors and <br /> pavers, (if applicable}, will be returned#o the applicant without an action being taken. <br /> 3.The Cammittee wil! review al! requests and visit the site of the request as necessary. <br /> 4.After the Committee has recammended approval or denial of#he request, it wil! be presented #o the Board of <br /> Directors for their approval ar deniaE. The ftnal decision of the Board ta approve or deny the request must be <br /> made by at least three (3) directors, ane of which must be the Baard liaison of the Lot Improvement <br /> Committee, if available. <br /> S.There will be NO more ane day appeovals or last minute approvals.
