If the <br /> cantractor is not licensed as required by law, both the owner and cantractar may be cited for a misdemeanor violatian <br /> under state !aw lf the owner or intended contractor are uncertain as to what licensing requirements may apply for the i <br /> intended work, they are advised to contact the Pasco Caunty Building Inspection Division—Licensing Sectian at 727-847- ! <br /> 8009. Furthermore, if the owner has hired a contractor or cantractars, he is advised to have the contractor(s) sign �� <br /> partions of the "contractor Black" af this applicatian for which they wi11 be respansible.
