ASSIGNMENT OF IMPACT FEE CREDITS
<br /> THIS ASSIGNMENT OF IMPACT FEE CREDITS is made effective as of May 6, 2009,
<br /> by SILVERADO, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company, ("Assignor"), in favor of
<br /> , (`.`Assignee").
<br /> WITNESSETH:
<br /> WHEREAS, Assignor has paid Pasco County water/sewer impact fees for which
<br /> Assignor has received credits; and
<br /> WHEREAS, concurrent herewith Assignor has agreed to assign to Assignee credits for
<br /> such fees as to Block 3, Lot 2, Silverado Phase 1 A, Plat Book 61, page 71, within the Silverado
<br /> project, located in Pasco County, Florida ("Lot"); and
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sums set forth below and other
<br /> good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,
<br /> Assignor does hereby assign to Assignee:
<br /> Water/sewer impact fee credit in the amount of$2,056.00
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Assignment has been signed, sealed and delivered as of
