We also <br /> reconfirmed construction costs for two(2) levels of work to Fire Station #2. We also took the liberly of doing a cost <br /> estimate for building a new Fire Station #3 on a site undetermined,therefore the cost of the land is not included in <br /> the estimated cost of the 3rd station option. We don't recommend this approach primarily due the lack of <br /> hardening a building that is in some areas 50 years old.
