Submittals include shop drawings, design calculations, diagrams, illustrations, schedules, <br /> - � performance charts, nomenclature charts, brochures and other data which are prepared by the <br /> i Contractor or any Subcontractor, Manufacturer, Supplier, Fabricator, or Distributor and which <br /> ' illustrate some portion of the project. <br /> B. It is the Contractor's responsibility to furnish equipment, materials, and labor for the project, <br /> ' f which meets the requirements of the codes and authorities quoted, as well as the Contract <br /> I Documents. Proprietary items specified herein only establish a minimum functional and <br /> aesthetic standard, and it is incumbent upon the Contractor to ascertain conformance of these <br /> ' ' proprietary items or any proposed substitution with the codes and authorities. <br /> C. The individual Specification Sections identify when submittals are required. <br /> IB. Submit all required items to the Architect for review. <br /> ' <br /> C. All submittals and samples shall be accompanied by transmittal letter, in duplicate, containing <br /> ' ; project name, Contractor's name, number of drawings, titles, and other pertinent data.
