All equipment and labor furnished under this section of the specifications shall be guaranteed for a period of one year, from the date of acceptance by an authorized representative of the Owner either for beneficial use or final acceptance (whichever is earlier), against defective materials, design and workmanship. B. Upon receipt of written notice of failure of any part of the guaranteed equipment durina the Quarantee period from the Owner, or the Architect, the affected part or parts shall be replaced promptly with the new, by and at the expense of the Contractor. 2.06 FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE: A. The Owner's representative after having assured themselves that the installation appears to be satisfactory in all respects, will issue a Condition Approval to the General Contractor. This approval will in no way relinquish the sprinkler contractor's responsibility for compliance with the "requirements" of the Insurance Rating Organization Having Jurisdiction,per Items 1.02A through D of this specification. Should the Insurance Rating Or�anization Having Jurisdiction be unable to issue a letter of "Acceptance Without Exception" due to deficiencies in the system, the sprinkler contractor shall make the necessary correction(s)at no cost to the Owner. Exceptions will only be allowed as indicated in the ', requirements of Section 1.02 "Scope of Work." FART 3 - EXECUTION 3.01 INSTALLATION: A.
