Victory Terrace Apartments—Final Site Plazi i, Staff reviewed the revised site plan submitted by Ed Rogers for the proposed apartments that will�'e located on the west side of Airport Road and south af South Avenue. Staff visited all��ssues that were raised from the previous meeting. The following remaining comments shall need to be addressed: • $15Q.00 revised site plan review fee; • A blanket easement shou�d be provided for the prapased utilities; • Staff recammends that��ze future addressing be assigned to the proposed road at will run through the apartments (possibly Victory Tenace Lane); �� • The engineer should caordinate with Norman Grahm with the City to ensure that the praposed trash compactor is serviceable by the City's trucks; �I .
