Water closets shall be installed complete with wall carriers, wa.� <br /> rings or gaskets as specified,bolt caps, and flush valves (or flo;at <br /> valves). � <br /> � <br /> D. Water closets identified on plans as barrier free fixtures shall liave <br /> flush valves or lever handles installed per American Disabilities <br /> Act. Flush valves shall have the handle installed on the wide side <br /> of the stall. Install tanks for accessible,tank-type water closets <br /> with lever handle mounted on wide side of compartment. .
