<br /> 8009. ,lFurthermore, if the awner has hired a contractor or contractors, he is advised to have the contractor(s) sign
<br /> portion� of tMe "contractor Block" of this application for which they will be responsib4e. lf you, as the ouvner sign as the
<br /> cantra �tor, that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not en#itled to permitting privileges in Pasca

<br /> TRAN POR7ATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
<br /> that Tr nsportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in, xisting buildings, or expansion of e�sting bui3dings, as specified in Pasca County Orciinanc� number 89-07 and
<br /> 90-07, as amended. The undersigned also understands, that such fees, as may be due, will be iden#ified at the time of
<br /> permitt ng. It is further understood that Transpo�tation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be paid prior to
<br /> receivi g a "certificate of occupancy" or final power release. If the project daes not involve a certificate of occupancy or
<br /> final p�wec release, the fees must be paid prior to permit issuance. Furthermora, if Pasco Coun#y Water/Sewer Impact
