The Home Economics Departtiwnt is lots-ed in r five rccm cottage on the school <br />grounds. In this pleasant stmosophere the girls learn many phases of home- <br />making. There are classes in food and nutrition, clothing, child care, family <br />relationships and home Decoration a nd management. Last year the girls gained <br />valuable experience in redecorating their home. There are three years of Home <br />Economics offered in the high school, with two years in the junior high school. <br />The girls plan rind serve the annual trustee county school board luncheon, as <br />well as a number of meals for themselves. A first aid unit for high school girls <br />is also located in the cottage. As the girls often say, "Just what would we do <br />witt„out our House Ec. iousel" <br />BOARD OF EDUCATION <br />f <br />
