RESOLUTION NO. 741-17 <br /> RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 682-14 TO <br /> PROVIDE FOR AN INCREASE IN THE SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR <br /> EXPENSES, PURSUANT TO THE ZEPHYRHILLS LAND <br /> DEVELOPMENT CODE, RELATING TO MATTERS OF ZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. <br /> WHEREAS, on September 8, 2014, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida sitting <br /> in regular session, previously adopted Resolution No. 682-14 which established a schedule of <br /> fees relating to certain administrative functions of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that certain additional changes are necessary to <br /> the fee schedule set forth in Resolution No. 682-14 in order to provide more uniformity in the <br /> assessment of fees and to provide for adjustment and updating; and <br /> WHEREAS, the following changes are reasonably related to the actual costs of performing the <br /> related administrative functions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, <br /> Florida in regular session duly assembled, that said Council hereby amends Resolution No. 682- <br /> 14 as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. Deposit Required. A deposit is required for all Traffic Studies, Drainage <br /> Reviews, Consultant Reviews, and Utility Reviews in an amount equal to the work authorization <br /> plus ten percent (10%). The deposit shall be submitted to the appropriate department prior to <br /> any review or processing of an application. <br /> Site Plan Review <br /> New Site Development Plan $1,000.00 fee or$45.00 per 1,000 GSF, whichever <br /> is greater. <br /> Revised Site Development Plan $500.00 <br /> Subdivisions <br /> Preliminary Plat $500.00 <br /> Construction Plans(Sub. 50 lots or less) $1,000.00 <br /> Construction Plans(Sub. 51 lots or more) $1,500.00 <br /> Final Plat $500.00 <br /> Certified Parcel Subdivision $75.00 <br /> Rezoning $1,000.00 <br /> Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br /> Small Scale $750.00 <br /> Large Scale $1,000.00 <br /> Planned Unit Development(PUD) <br /> Master Plan Review $3,000.00 <br /> Plan Amendment $500.00 <br /> Conditional Use <br /> Residential $800.00 <br /> Non-Residential $800.00 <br /> Annexation $1,000.00 <br /> Deannexation $2,000.00 <br /> Vacation $550.00 <br />
