<br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 634-10 AND
<br /> PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL AND
<br /> MISCELLANEOUS UTILITY CONNECTION FEES,PURSUANT TO THE
<br /> LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE,RELATING TO MATTERS OF ZONING,
<br /> DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,AND PERMITTING.
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has previously enacted
<br /> a Schedule of Fees for expenses pursuant to the Zephyrhills Land Development Code,relating to
<br /> matters of zoning, development regulations, and permitting; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary to enact a new Schedule of Fees for
<br /> certain administrative functions of the city to more equitably assess the costs of these services to
<br /> the parties directly benefiting from them.
<br /> WHEREAS, the Schedule of Fees are reasonably related to the actual costs of
<br /> performing the related administrative functions.
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
<br /> 1. Building Permits: Minimum Permit Fee: $45.00
<br /> a. $1,000 and less: No fee,unless inspection is required,
<br /> in which case a$45.00 fee for each
<br /> inspection shall be charged.
<br /> b. $1,001 to $50,000: $45.00 for the first$1,000,plus
<br /> $5.00 for each additional $1,000 or
<br /> fraction thereof,up to and including
<br /> $50,000.
<br /> c. $50,001 to $100,000: $330.00 for the first$50,000,plus
<br /> $5.00 for each additional thousand or
<br /> fraction thereof,up to and including
<br /> $100,000.
<br /> d. $100,001 to $500,000: $530.00 for the first$100,000,plus
<br /> $5.00 for each additional $1,000 or
<br /> fraction thereof,up to and including
<br /> $500,000.
<br /> e. $500,001 and up: $1,730 for the first$500,000,plus
<br /> $5.00 for each additional $1,000 or
<br /> fraction thereof.
<br /> 2. Plan Review Fee: One half of the total Permit Fee(non-refundable).
<br /> 3. Residential Connection Fees:

<br /> 4. Additional Fees: Transportation Impact Fee, School Impact Fee, Parks Impact Fee,
<br /> Public Safety Impact Fee, Driveway Fee- $45.00, and Address Fee- $30.00. Valuations
<br /> listed below are calculations to be used where a signed contract price was not submitted
