The host beam design and the home plans are both approved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safetv Standards commonly referred <br /> to as the "HUD Code". The design of this host beam allows an attachment (typically sheds, carports, <br /> screens rooms, etc...J to be made directly to the included structural member in lieu of the typically <br /> required "fourth wall construction". Please refer to a serialized floor plan to verify the location of the I <br /> I host beam. I <br /> This manufactured home is required to be set-up or installed, on-site, in accordance with the Jacobsen <br /> Homes "Set-Up Manual" and it's "Addendum". Please specifically refer to page SU-01-0008, which <br /> includes site requirements that must be followed in order to attach a structure to the host beam <br /> provided. This page also has the maximum sizes allowed for any attached structure along with the <br /> requirements for perimeter blocking along the entire sidewall area where the host beam is installed. <br /> All site installed structures shall be designed by a Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of I <br /> Florida or as allowed by the Local Authority Having Jurisdiction (LAHJ). The design shall comply with all <br /> applicable sections of the Florida Building Code that is in effect during the time of the construction of <br /> the addition. All attachment designs and construction are by others, not Jacobsen Homes.
