- Eghibit B � � ' <br /> Statement of Insurance Requirements ' <br /> Contractor shall carry and maintain in full force and effect insurance policies of the types, in the <br /> minimum amounts and under the terms and conditions set forth below,with a company or <br /> companies satisfactory to Colliers Arnold,Inc. d/b/a Colliers International Tampa Bay <br /> Florida(Manager). Contractor's insurance shall be primary with respect to any claim, demand, or <br /> suit and the insurance of the Owner and Manager will be considered excess over and above <br /> Contractor's insurance naming Manager and Owner as additional insureds. <br /> I. Forms of Insurance Coverage <br /> A. Commercial General Liability Insurance, including,Bodily Injury,Property <br /> Damage,Product Liability,Independent Contractors(if any), Completed <br /> Operations and Contractual LiabiliTy and including contractual liability insurance <br /> covering the Contractor's obligations under Section 8 of the service agreement. <br /> Each Occurrence $1,000,000 <br /> B. Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance Bodily Injury and Property <br /> Damage. <br /> Combined Single Limit � $500,000 <br /> C. Worker's Compensation&Employer's Liability Insurance <br /> Statutory amounts as required for Worker's Compensation by the laws of the State <br /> of Florida or any other state where the work is being performed. <br /> Employers' Liability $500,000 <br /> D. AlI Risk Properly Coverage <br /> Contractor may also secure,pay for at its sole cost and maintain whatever All Risk <br /> Property Coverage Insurance Contractor may deem necessary to protect Contractor <br /> against loss of owned or rented capital equipment and tools, including any tools <br /> owned by mechanics, and any tools, equipment, scaffolding, staging,towers and ` <br /> forms owned or rented for the benefit of Contractor. The requirements to secure <br /> and maintain such insurance is solely for the benefit of Contractor. Failure of <br /> Contractor to secure such insurance or to maintain adequate levels of coverage <br /> shall not obligate the Owner or the Manager or their agents and employees for any <br /> losses of owned or rented equipment. In the event Contractor chooses to carry All <br /> Risk Property Coverage Insurance, Contractor's property insurance policy shall <br /> Standard Vendor Contract rev January 2009 <br />
