<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IAAPACT AND RESOURCE REC�VERY FEES: The undersigned und��rstands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply t� the'construction of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings,. or expansion of existing buildings, as specified i Pasco County Ordinance number 8�l-07 and

<br /> unless the work authorized by such permit is commenced within six mont�s of permit issuance, or if work authorized by.
<br /> the permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of six (6) months after tt��e time the work is commenced. An extension
<br /> may be requested, in writing, from the Building Official for a period not to�exceed ninety (90) days and will demonstrate
<br /> justifiable cause for the extension. If work ceases for ninety(90)consecuti�e days, the)ob is considered abandoried.
