. y � Procedure for Lot Improvement Requests (Please refer to the "Rules and Regulations"} Permit No_j�l a�-I A11 bt improvemen#requests must be submitted no tater than Wednesday by 2:00 to � ,be processed on the follawing cornmittee meeting day. 1.All requests are to be subrnitted in the Emerald pointe office ar Chairman of the Lot Improvement Committee.The Chairman or commi#tee member wi11 review the request,visit the si#e if necessary to clarify improvements and will present it to the Lot Impravement Committee for their review on a weekly basis. 2.Any request which is NOT filled out properly,will be returnec!ta#he applicant without an actian ' being taken. 3.After the Coinmittee has recorr►mended approval or denia!of the request, it wiA be presented ta the Board af Directors for their approval or denial . Board will meet once a we�k for the lot improvement applications. 4.There wilE be NQ one day approvais or last minute approvals. Request may taice 7 ta 14 days far � apprppriate review and consideration, (if necessary)thus giving the Cammittee and Board members time to � review and consider the requesi in a tharough manner. 5.The original request will be dated and signed as approved or denied,a�d after being copied the original will go into to the rrtentbers file and the copy retumed to the Lo#owner by#he Board o#Director liaison or t�e � Chairman of the committee. 6.The committee will follow up an requests to determine that the request as presented and approved is being adhered to. 7Any permit will be ACCEPTED FOR APPROVAL between October 15 and IVlarch 31 of each year, however, each owner must understand and knaw there must be enaugh members of the Committee to review and recommend to the Board for their approvai.
