. y <br /> � Procedure for Lot Improvement Requests <br /> (Please refer to the "Rules and Regulations"} Permit No_j�l a�-I <br /> A11 bt improvemen#requests must be submitted no tater than Wednesday by 2:00 to � <br /> ,be processed on the follawing cornmittee meeting day. <br /> 1.All requests are to be subrnitted in the Emerald pointe office ar Chairman of the Lot Improvement <br /> Committee.The Chairman or commi#tee member wi11 review the request,visit the si#e if necessary <br /> to clarify improvements and will present it to the Lot Impravement Committee for their review on a <br /> weekly basis. <br /> 2.Any request which is NOT filled out properly,will be returnec!ta#he applicant without an actian ' <br /> being taken. <br /> 3.After the Coinmittee has recorr►mended approval or denia!of the request, it wiA be presented ta the Board af <br /> Directors for their approval or denial . Board will meet once a we�k for the lot improvement applications. <br /> 4.There wilE be NQ one day approvais or last minute approvals.
