Please move the project ahead in the building department. There is ONE stipulation. All of the cypress trees were removed around the retention pond. This was not part of the original plans. The contractor will coordinate with me once the project gets going and I will perform a site visit and determine where the cypress trees need to be replanted. Once this is performed to my satisfaction, I will let you know and you can proceed to finalize the project and close it out once it gets to that point. This is a very important step and I made it clear to the agent, Brian Infantino and he was in complete agreement per our conversation when he dropped off the check on March 13, 2017 at 4:40 PM.
