• The seasonal outdoor display as depicted on the original plan and sent to me via electronic mail on Thursday January <br /> 1 Z6tn 27cn at 4:20(3898C1 REV B.pdf, attached above) would be OK, provided approval is received from the property <br /> owner that you are utilizing some of the existing parking for seasonal outdoor display. Further, please provide a <br /> depiction of what is proposed to be displayed in the seasonal outdoor display area. Depictions can be of a similarly sized <br /> store operating and selling comparable merchandise. <br /> The expanded outdoor display area as depicted on the updated plan sent to me via on Friday January 27th at 3:40 PM <br /> (3898C1REV D. pdf, attached above)would not be acceptable because you are removing all of the parking for Arby's <br /> south side,which is where the entry way is for the restaurant is located. <br /> The trailer outdoor display, as depicted on both plans along the right of way on Gall Blvd. will not be acceptable under <br /> any circumstances, regardless of inerchandise displayed. Period. <br /> Additionally, please provide a depiction of the merchandise display area at the front of the building. It seems to cover <br /> the entire length of the building, is this correct? Depictions can be of a similarly sized store operating and selling <br /> comparable merchandise. <br /> Finally, a building official had mentioned to the planning department that you were proposing to expand the fenced <br /> display area, is this correct? If it is,we proactively measured the area between the existing outdoor display area on the <br /> north side of the building and the adjacent parking area immediately to the north. We have determined that no <br /> expansion of the fenced display area on the north side of the building will be allowed due to travel lane widths. <br /> Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about our feedback.
